On Saturday, October 5th, come with your family for a fun weekend at Brookgreen Gardens Harvest Home Festival. Here, you will be able to take part in building a scarecrow, take a wagon hayride, learn to spin wool, live entertainment, and so much more! This festival is included with your garden admission and runs from 9:30 am to 4:00 pm on October 5th & October 6th, 2024. Think of all the fun memories you and your family will make while attending this festival.

The Halloween Helicopter Candy Drop

One of the most incredible things happening at Thompson Farm in Conway has to be the Halloween Candy Drop. They had so much fun during Easter that they decided to bring the Helicopter Candy Drop to the fall. This year, on Saturday, October 26th, starting at 10:00 am, the Halloween Helicopter Candy Drop on the Farm will occur. They will also host another one on Sunday, October 24th, beginning at 10:00 am and ending at 6:00 pm. Take advantage of the Halloween goodies, and see what part of the day was your favorite. Be sure to get your tickets today!

If you'd like to stay close to North Myrtle Beach, heading to Barefoot Landing will be where you want to be. Beginning at 5 pm, you and your family are invited to visit shops and restaurants to trick or treat, ending at 7 pm. If you'd like to try other places, head to The Market Common and Broadway at the Beach to take advantage of getting treats for your kids.

These are just a few of the events happening in the Myrtle Beach area for October, but there are plenty for you and your family to enjoy.
